The City Council in a meeting held Tuesday, March 17, 2020 adopted a Resolution 2020-009 prohibiting the gatherings of 10 or more people, prohibiting in-person dining at restaurants, and establishing regulations for take-out or delivery of food. The Resolution takes effect March 19, at 12:01 am and expires by its own terms on March 31, 2020, at 11:59 pm, unless extended by further action of the Clarkston City Council.
